We’ve been using Wild West Pest Control for about two years, and their customer service has always been great. They’re friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever we need help.
However, we still deal with pests returning not long after treatments, which has been frustrating. We do… live in Kuna and I’ve never used another Pest Control company to compare so I’m not sure if this is normal. I was also disappointed about the clover mite issue—we paid a lot extra for treatment that was supposed to get rid of them, but they never went away, and later we learned they typically can’t be fully eliminated during that time of year.
Overall, they’re wonderful to work with, I wish the results were more consistent.

Get's the job done on time and schedules with advance notice so we can protect the dogs. They've made interim visits when we find a hot spot like pavement ants and come quickly. Notifies us upon arrival if we are home. Covers the whole home - front, back, sides. I have had zero concerns or… issues after working with them a few years. Recommended for sure.
Wild West is great. Can’t recommend them enough! They are incredibly thorough and reliable. They have made a huge difference to my property. I used to have tiny, little spiders that would cover my house in webs. They are completely gone. I have far less wasps, yellow jackets and ants as cc well. No… more creepers in my house too. They even put out traps for the whistle pigs that keep trying to make my yard their home. It’s so much better than it was. Their communication, scheduling and billing are also extremely convenient. Big thumbs up from me.

Scott and then entire Wild West team have gone above and beyond on multiple instances for me. As someone who resides in a 125 year old home, there are special pest challenges that go along with the charm. Scott and team have eliminated an ant colony deep in the walls of the house and most recently… are coming to my rescue with what appears to be a spider nest. The service men are polite and communicate but I want to recognize the gal in the office, Heidi. Heidi is pleasant and easy to get questions answered. She is on top of scheduling and follow through. She calls to make sure you are aware of visits and if she says she will call you at a later date for… some reason, you can be sure you will get that call..

Most people would give a 5 so don't go by my 4! They always address my concerns and anytime I message they respond promptly. My only issue is that I am deathly and I mean deathly afraid of spiders and we still have quite large ones in the patio and front porch. I think idaho spiders are bionic or… something! Even with that I would 100% recommend them! They also clean all the webs and Nats away, adressed the wasps promptly and even have a service for flys (extra cost) but might be worth trying.
I have been using wild west for a while now and am very pleased with the services that they provide. Besides taking care of the bugs and spiders, we had some mice a while back and they took care of that with no extra charge. They even fixed a crawl space vent that had a gap where rodents could get… through. Great company!

We called Wild West Pest for an ant problem. We had a huge nest out the front door and another out the back door. The issue I had was they wanted to go from one to the other through my house.
