What Your Neighbors Say About Wild
West Pest Control
- The best on every level! Getting rid of pests, expertise to come into the house and figure out what creepy crawler needs tackled, coming back when others show up (for no additional charge), customer service when we need to change dates, friendliness across all levels. Truly an amazing company to be… apart of. Many other companies have tried to undercut and steal my business, but we are Team Wild West for life for how amazing they have been across the board!
- So grateful we found Wild West Pest Control. Mike the owner and his wife are honest, professional and always so kind. They stand by their work and always do everything to make us happy. Wyatt does our service and he is always great to work with. Highly recommend Wild West. Great Price and Great Service!
- We started noticing black widows around our house. Wild West was quick to respond and get us on their schedule. Their treatment is effective and works fast. Highly recommend!
- Great service from Wild West Pest Control! They were professional, reliable, and did a fantastic job. The whole process was easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable pest control service!
- We’ve used Wild West for about 3 years and are very happy customers. We see no bugs inside our home and very few outside. We had a wasp problem this summer and they were right on it! Highly recommend!
- The service technician was very nice and professional. He throughly complete the service, quick and easy. I had a couple questions he addressed quickly. I would highly recommend to coworkers, friends and family.
- Wild West Pest Control has been a wonderful company to work with. They are always timely and their techs are thorough in treating whatever pest issues may arise. Mike Slagle and his entire team have always been very responsive to any question or request. Highly recommend this service company.
- I am very impressed with Wild West Pet Control. It started right away with their receptionist. Heidi heard what I needed, explained the services available, didn't try and oversell me on services I didn't need and scheduled me right away. Scott came out, addressed my rodent problem, explained what he… found and what he did to fix it. He also gave me a great suggestion on how I could repair a problem with my garage door weather stripping that garage door repair people I had called in the past never mentioned. I was really wowed by these people; straight forward, skilled, knowledgeable, helpful and NICE!!!! I recommend Wild West Pest Control 200 % (no that's not a typo).
- Wild West Pest Control technicians are always on time, professional, and thorough. We don't have to be home for the treatment but if we are, they always knock, introduce themselves, ask if there are points of concern, then explain completely what they will target that day. I highly recommend Mike… and his team for any and all your pest control needs.
- Wild West Pest Control is truly one of the finest companies I’ve ever worked with. They are honest, hard-working, and genuinely care about the people they serve. That same integrity shows up in every member of their staff. Any time I’ve ever had a need or a question, they have been quick to respond,… accommodating, and very pleasant to work with. They consistently go out of their way to make sure their customers receive exceptional service, and I enjoy the results of those efforts by having a pest-free home year-round. It’s rare to find a company that is this dependable, ethical, and committed to doing things with such high standards. I highly recommend Wild West Pest Control - great people, great company, and truly outstanding service!
- We’ve been using Wild West Pest Control for about two years, and their customer service has always been great. They’re friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever we need help. However, we still deal with pests returning not long after treatments, which has been frustrating. We do… live in Kuna and I’ve never used another Pest Control company to compare so I’m not sure if this is normal. I was also disappointed about the clover mite issue—we paid a lot extra for treatment that was supposed to get rid of them, but they never went away, and later we learned they typically can’t be fully eliminated during that time of year. Overall, they’re wonderful to work with, I wish the results were more consistent.
- Thanks Scott! Great communication and appreciated the photos. Thanks for addressing our rodent issue, ick! Excellent customer service, thorough and professional.
- Wild West Pest is the best! They come back for free if you ever see activity in between services. They are the best company to go with.
- The team at Wild West Pest Control has been amazing. Mike, Heidi and the team have been professional & kind. We have had some “unusual” rodent activity and they were able to respond quickly. I highly recommend them
- I recently used this pest control service for nest removal and was thoroughly impressed! Their team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. What truly stood out was their same-day turnaround — they responded quickly to my request and had everything under control before the day was over.… I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast and reliable pest control and nest removal solutions!
- Get's the job done on time and schedules with advance notice so we can protect the dogs. They've made interim visits when we find a hot spot like pavement ants and come quickly. Notifies us upon arrival if we are home. Covers the whole home - front, back, sides. I have had zero concerns or… issues after working with them a few years. Recommended for sure.
- Wild West is great. Can’t recommend them enough! They are incredibly thorough and reliable. They have made a huge difference to my property. I used to have tiny, little spiders that would cover my house in webs. They are completely gone. I have far less wasps, yellow jackets and ants as cc well. No… more creepers in my house too. They even put out traps for the whistle pigs that keep trying to make my yard their home. It’s so much better than it was. Their communication, scheduling and billing are also extremely convenient. Big thumbs up from me.
- Been great for us, I have been on with them for over a year, and if they come out and I see something else pop up afterwards. They always come out and help right away. Great people to work with! Its amazing how many pests they have been able to handle.
- We started using Wild West Pest Control this summer and are very pleased with their service. We had several wasp nests that they eradicated. They also took care of spiders, chinch bugs and a lot of other unwanted pests for us. Would highly recommend!
- Awesome company! They are thorough and very professional. We’ve been using them for three years now. Wyatt, one of our techs, is very knowledgeable and always nice about accommodating us in any way possible. They don’t disappoint!
- Wild West is a top-notch company. We’ve been using them for a couple of years and never have a problem with anything. They stay totally on top of things and I would highly recommend their services.
- Scott and then entire Wild West team have gone above and beyond on multiple instances for me. As someone who resides in a 125 year old home, there are special pest challenges that go along with the charm. Scott and team have eliminated an ant colony deep in the walls of the house and most recently… are coming to my rescue with what appears to be a spider nest. They are a 5 for sure with excellent customer service and knowledge and expertise unmatched. You will not be disappointed in their service ! Highly recommended!
- The service men are polite and communicate but I want to recognize the gal in the office, Heidi. Heidi is pleasant and easy to get questions answered. She is on top of scheduling and follow through. She calls to make sure you are aware of visits and if she says she will call you at a later date for… some reason, you can be sure you will get that call..
- Wyatt, is a very professional, knowledgeable, and personalble young man, was treated with utmost respect, appreciated that very much, very helpful. Thank you Bunches, plan on being a customer for a very long time ❣️
- Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. His honesty was appreciated and refreshing. I understand the situation much more fully. Although they were unable to help with our current problem I will be contacting them for our future needs and feel confident in recommending Wild West to… others. We now have Wild West Pest Control serving our home on a regular basis. Wyatt our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. We've use a few pest control services and this is the best by far.
- Nice staff and good communications. Great to know if you have an issue they will be out to help at no charge. Fortunately we have not had any issues and the quarterly service has served us well.
- Most people would give a 5 so don't go by my 4! They always address my concerns and anytime I message they respond promptly. My only issue is that I am deathly and I mean deathly afraid of spiders and we still have quite large ones in the patio and front porch. I think idaho spiders are bionic or… something! Even with that I would 100% recommend them! They also clean all the webs and Nats away, adressed the wasps promptly and even have a service for flys (extra cost) but might be worth trying.
- By far the best Pest Control company around. Whatever our needs are. They take really great care of us.
- I have been using wild west for a while now and am very pleased with the services that they provide. Besides taking care of the bugs and spiders, we had some mice a while back and they took care of that with no extra charge. They even fixed a crawl space vent that had a gap where rodents could get… through. Great company!
- Scott was professional and thorough today, explaining the process and products used to my husband and me both. We have used this company since moving to Idaho 1 1/2 years ago. I'm so glad Wild West came to our door when we first moved here! I can't recommend them enough.
